Some days, I feel invisible. I try so hard to be kind, I work hard to fit in but I still don't feel like I'm a part of the group. Do you know what it feels like to say something and have other's not only ignore what you have said but to carry on their own conversation. There are days where I wonder if I even exist.
I have my family and my close friends but sometimes I still feel alone. It doesn't always feel good to stick out. Sometimes when you stick out you are ignored or not liked because you do stick out. I just want to have friends that we can have dinners with, play games with or go do things with.
Crysal,being on Oxgyen can be difficult at time's, I'm sure you have you're gooddays and you're not so good day's and probably even awful day's, Even I have day's like you, and truth be known-most of us are no diffrent than you when it comes to- can you hear me? can you see me? I think God has given us all these same kinda day? where we experiance feeling alone, ignored and wonder if any one see's us as human bein that hurt's feel and want to be noticed and feel like we fit in with other's... I work with the Eldery, and I see them usually struggling with the say type of emotions that you mention in you're blog, they want to be loved, noticed ,and seen just as each and every one of us also has a need for, I've seen the elderly on oxygen 24/7 many time's, most of them are embarrassed to be seen in public because other's might stare, Do you feel as if you're friend's are embarressed for you ? Maybe God makes us each experiance these high's and low's to make us stronger people, to see if we will grow or stay stuck and not move forward, Hopefully you haven't had to go on breathing treatments, Life is just one challenge
ReplyDeleteafter another, I'm 54 now and what you feel is things I even wrestle with off and one ever today, so tell you're self this two will pass, and hopefully towarrow will be a better kind of day, keep pluging along with the rest of us, remember most of us feel the same way as you, just remember you are a daughter of God and he will always hear you and be there. he will never leave you alone, he is always near. I also see you and hear you, I also care, and wish you happyness
I wish I lived closer to you. I would totally have you over for dinner and we could go do stuff together. I would love to go to the temple with you or on a hike or just sit and talk. Hang in there! Love is coming at you all the way from the West Coast!
